The Pink Program
The Pink Program is a Read and Write program that helps the child to "break the code" of written language.
  • It uses Short Phonetic Words!
  • It is Pedagogical!
  • It is Positive!

Example from The Pink Program

The Pink Program is inspired by the Montessori pedagogy and will help the child to understand and read short phonetic words. They learn that every written word has a meaning by matching a picture with the corresponding word. The Pink Program is meant to stimulate the younger children to start exploring reading and writing. The uniqueness of The Pink program is that it has only short phonetic words (two or three letters), allowing the child to sound out each letter and form proper words.

The Pink Program consists of six excercises:

  1. abc: Keyboard training where the child learns to connect uppercase and lowercase. Option to play sounds with the letters pronunciation.
  2. pictures + cards: The child will match the correct word to the correct picture.
  3. spell: The child spells a word, illustrated by a picture.
  4. sentence cards: The child reads a text and link it to the correct picture.
  5. which word?: A word has been omitted in a text and the child has to figure out the word and spell it.
  6. rhyme words: Rhyme to a picture.

The Blue Program
The Blue Program is a Read and Write program that helps the child to "break the code" of written language.
  • It uses Longer Phonetic Words!
  • It is Pedagogical!
  • It is Positive!
  • It is an independent continuation of The Pink Program!

Example from The Blue Program

In The Blue Program, which is inspired by the Montessori pedagogy, both short and longer phonetic words are mixed. This means that it mainly addresses to the child who has already learned to sound out and understand short phonetic words. This is practiced in the Pink Program. The Blue Program will stimulate the child in a positive and fun way for further interest in reading and writing.

The Blue Program consists of six excercises:

  1. abc: Keyboard training where the child learns to connect uppercase and lowercase.
The Green Program
The Green Program is a Read and Write program that helps the child to "break the code" of written language.
  • It uses Non-Phonetic words!
  • It is Pedagogical!
  • It is Positive!
  • It is an independent continuation of The Blue Program!

Example from the Green Program

In the Green Program, which is also inspired by the Montessori pedagogy, the child gets further practice in using non-phonetic words. In the program the child can select different kinds of categories. The child can work with one category at a time or use several categories at the same time.

  • animals
  • clothes
  • environment
  • food
  • greens
  • nature
  • sports
  • vehicles
  • mix

The Green Program consists of seven excercises:

  1. pictures cards: The child will match the correct word to the correct picture.
  2. spell: The child spells a word, illustrated by a picture.
  3. sentence cards: The child reads a text and link it to the correct picture.
  4. which word?: A word has been omitted in a text and the child has to figure out the word and spell it.
  5. memory: The child will form pairs by matching pictures and words.
  6. stories: A picture is shown together with a text in which three words are omitted. The child will fill in the missing words.
  7. questions: To develop reading comprehension.
MonteMathics

The math program that teaches mathematics in a very easy and concrete way

  • It is Pedagogical!
  • It is Hands-On!
  • It is Easy but Challenging!

The program is inspired by the Montessori pedagogy and is teaching mathematics in a very easy and concrete way. It contains 54 different exercises, with several variants, which build on each other with progressively increasing difficulty. The program will lay the foundation for a more insightful awareness of numbers and their relation, as well as giving the child a positive view of mathematics.
The program has a broad age level and is suitable for children in kindergarten and up through the entire primary school.

The unique thing about MonteMathics is that in many of the exercises the children can count hands-on. The hand is the tool of the brain and helps the mathematical mind to develop. By using precise movements to calculate e.g. beads, numbers or rods, the child also develops his fine motor skills. Just like in real life.

The sections included in MonteMathics are:
  1. 0 - 10
  2. decimal system
  3. 11 - 19
  4. 10 - 90
  5. 11 - 99
  6. addition
  7. subtraction
  8. multiplication
  9. division
Each section has between 3 and 8 exercises.

Some technical information
No downloads or installations need to be done, the programs run directly in a browser from our website and can be run on both computers and tablets.

Some words about tablets. Our web programs are designed to run with a web browser on a computer or tablet. What is crucial for the experience is the size of the screen, the smaller the screen the more scrolling and/or zooming will be needed. Feel free to try our programs for free for two weeks to see how they work in your device. If you should run into any problems then please try another browser.
